Who can see my profile?

Only approved hiring managers can browse user profiles. Users cannot see each others profile. We approve hiring managers only if they can offer opportunities in par with the market to our users.

Can anyone from my current employer see my profile?

No, our platform guarantees that your profile is never visible to anyone in your current company. Moreover only approved hiring managers can browse candidates (who are not working at same company as hiring managers).

Is my profile visible as soon as I sign-up?

No. We will approve your profile first and send you an email. You also get to choose the time frame that you are looking to switch a job, so that you get enough time to choose the correct opportunity.

How soon would I start receiving job offers or opportunities?

Can't recruiters just find me on Linkedin? How is this different?

Most people just receive random job interview requests on Linkedin. Many users complain how they get spammed through Linkedin. The problem is there is not a good discrete way on Linkedin to capture what kind of roles you should be contacted and when is the right time.
